Out of sight, out of mind

The other night, as I was laying in bed, I suddenly saw my thoughts from the 'outside'... almost like when you look at your reflection in a mirror. It's like, some people say they have out of body experiences, where they can look down at their body from the ceiling of the hospital room. It was like that except instead of an out of body experience, it was an out of mind experience.

Isn't that weird?
